Q. How does your design process work?
During our initial meeting, I first begin by discussing the client’s ideas, target market, and objectives. I then ask for samples that the client likes or dislikes to get an idea of their taste. I make sure I have collected enough information before I begin work.
Q. How will I receive my design project once it is finished?
A finished project is yours upon receipt of final payment. At your request, I will supply the electronic files to you via dropbox, or through e-mail.
Q. Do I get a vector file for my logo once created?
YES, you get AI, EPS, jpeg and a png.
Q. How do I check in on the progress of my logo project during the design process?
Once deposit is received, normal turnaround for logo design is 14-21 days. I present the logos to the client at the black and white stage, then again at color stage, and wait for final approval.
Q. Do you keep a copy of my project?
I do save your work in case you lose the files or need them sent again.
Q. What is the client's involvement in the design process?
I listen to my clients from the start, encouraging them to bring in any samples, color combinations/swatches, and ideas they may have. I do believe you know your business better than anyone else. During the design process, client approval is taken at every stage.

Prices differ depending on the nature of the project. A typical graphic design project is $75/hr. For larger projects, the scope of the project is detailed and a fixed price is agreed upon.
